Christiana has more than a decade of experience at the federal, state and local levels from communications director to campaign manager. Her most recent tenure was at the RNC as Deputy Director of Regional Communications, acting as a spokesperson and overseeing strategic communications in support of Trump Victory and targeted US Senate, Congressional, Gubernatorial and local races across the country.
Phil is a Columbia native and a College of Charleston graduate. Phil began his career with Charleston Mayor Joe Riley’s 2003 re-election campaign. Phil is a veteran of numerous state Senate races and statewide campaigns in South Carolina and served as the Caucus Director for South Carolina Senate Democrats from 2005 to 2014. Phil is also a 2013 graduate of Leadership South Carolina.
Jordan brings over fifteen years of experience as a successful political and public affairs consultant in the Southeast, Washington, D.C., and across the country. He has worked as a senior staffer on Capitol Hill, presidential campaigns, and as campaign manager for a successful U.S. Senate race. He now serves as a senior strategist for political candidates up and down the ballot and as a consultant for corporate and issue advocacy clients at the federal and state levels.
Alex discovered his talent in grassroots campaigning nearly 12 years ago while serving as Deputy Campaign Manager in a State Senate campaign. Since then, he has served as chief of staff to sitting Lt. Governor Jeanette Nunez as well as many roles within the RPOF and RNC. He most recently served as the Regional Political Director of Florida.
Stephanie manages daily internal operations for both Laurens Group and The Under Fire Podcast. She also handles various political, brands and advocacy projects, acting as an intermediary between the client and other departments while working directly with the client to learn their goals and establish how the company can meet them. Stephanie specializes in copywriting and social media management.
Dylan is originally from Lexington, SC but now resides in Fort Lauderdale, FL. He graduated from the College Of Charleston, with a degree in Political Science and Economics in 2019. He began his professional career as a clerk in a probate and estate planning law firm run by a former state senator and then sitting Charleston County GOP Chairman. He joined the team in June of 2021.
Lucas is a 2020 graduate of the University of South Carolina. Lucas began working for Laurens Group in Spring of 2021 after working in finance and compliance on Senator Lindsey Graham’s 2020 campaign. He got his start in South Carolina politics interning on Governor Henry McMaster’s 2018 campaign before moving on to the South Carolina Senate and later the Southern Group. He is a huge Gamecock fan and a native of Illinois.
Chris is a native of Atlanta, GA and also graduated from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. He previously worked at the Georgia General Assembly, and with an Atlanta mayoral campaign before joining Lauren’s Group. His interests include skiing, live music, and conservation.
Colin is originally from Richmond, Virginia and graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Mass Communications and a cognate in Political Science. Colin runs daily internal operations for Laurens Group, which includes managing The Under Fire Podcast production and advertising, business development, and any servicing our clients need. Colin excels in communications, inter personal skills, social media management, clientele onboarding.
